Guyuan, Ningxia Hui autonomous region, with an average summer temperature of only 18 C, boasts lush green mountains and picturesque scenery, making it an excellent destination for summer travel.
The first stop is Liupan Mountain National Forest Park, dubbed as "Green Island on the Plateau" and "Natural Oxygen Bar". With a forest coverage rate exceeding 80 percent, this place can dissipate all the summer heat.

Next stop is Wild Lotus Valley in Jingyuan county, with 10 kilometers of canyon filled with wild lotus. The Chinese white pines block out the sun, forming a natural green corridor.
The valley remains cool all year round, and you can enjoy the cool breeze by stepping on the shallow shoals beside the stream, listening to the gurgling sound of the stream, and inhaling the fragrance of the vegetation.

The final destination is Huoshizhai National Geological Park, one of the highest clusters of Danxia landform in China. The dark red mountains stretch out in a continuous undulating line, with peculiar peaks and strange rocks scattered throughout.
