An industry matchmaking activity between Ningxia Soochow Agrochemical, located in Qingtongxia city, Ningxia Hui autonomous region, and a team of experts from the Russian Academy of Sciences took place on June 1.
They conducted exchanges on industrial cooperation and technological breakthroughs in such areas as the research and development of green pesticide intermediates, upgrading of continuous production processes, optimization of distillation coupling technology, and innovation in the safe and green chemical industry.
The cooperation started in 2018. After years of cooperation, their ties have gradually expanded from technical exchanges to joint R&D covering multiple areas.
During this round of matchmaking, the two sides focused on cooperation in industrial upgrading and the direction of the environmentally friendly chemical industry. For pesticide intermediates, they plan to jointly develop more non-harmful guanidine synthesis processes and improve the preparation level of core raw materials.
Meanwhile, full process continuous equipment such as dynamic tube reactors and microchannel reactors will be introduced to replace the existing intermittent production mode.
Soochow has a complete industrial chain ranging from basic raw materials, core synthesis, and refined processing to finished product output. The Russian expert team has long focused on chemical safety reactions and green catalysis, and can provide complete process solutions and intelligent control support for key nodes such as high-purity purification and high-risk process safety control.
