The Minning Enterprise Service Station has been established in Minning town, about 40 kilometers from Yongning county, Yinchuan, Ningxia Hui autonomous region, benefiting 780 local companies.
Situated in the Minning Industrial Park, named after the co-development by Fujian province and Ningxia, the station has made it easier for resident businesses to handle administrative affairs.
"With the new station, we can register and file our company without leaving the park. The staff in the station patiently answers our questions about policies, which is convenient and thoughtful," said head of Minning Red Wine Estate, a new business in the park.

The station can now handle 20 high-frequency enterprise-related services, including business registration, project filing, and construction permits, and integrates multiple service functions such as policy consultation, item handling, and self-service guidance.
In recent years, Yongning county has addressed the difficulties and bottlenecks faced by enterprises in the Minning Industrial Park.
In response to the pain points of difficult application and slow approval reported by local enterprises, the county has early intervened, customized approval plans, coordinated multi-party parallel approvals, and provided comprehensive process support, including free assistance, problem resolution, and progress tracking. This has reduced approval time by 60 percent and streamlined application materials by 70 percent.
