A photo exhibition themed on how electricity has powered the development of Minning town in Yinchuan, Ningxia Hui autonomous region, is on display in Yinchuan Art Museum and will run until May 26.
The exhibition shows how the town, once a barren patch of land, has been transformed through 30 years of efforts under the Fujian-Ningxia pairing program, a model of poverty alleviation cooperation between East China's Fujian province and Northwest China's Ningxia.

The exhibition showcases 120 works capturing memorable moments from the Fujian-Ningxia collaboration, as well as the imprint of the era as green electricity empowers rural vitalization.
During the 14th Five-Year Plan period (2021-25), Yinchuan's power grid scale and power supply capacity achieved rapid growth. Its overall electricity consumption has increased by 82 percent compared to the 13th Five-Year Plan period (2016-20), while the reliability rate of its power supply continues to lead in the northwest region of China.
