Information on water quality, quantity and price can be accessed via mobile phone, and water bills can be paid instantly. This significantly improved the reliability of rural water supply system.
The successful mode was expanded to other regions.
"A few days ago, I visited Pengyang again, and as I walked through the countryside, the sight of thousands of solar water heaters on home rooftops formed a new landscape," Du said.
