In December, the No. 11 Primary School in Yuanzhou district, Guyuan, Ningxia, was awarded the title of "Asian Games Football Dream School." The selection was jointly sponsored by the 19th Asian Games Hangzhou 2022 Organizing Committee and the China Young Footballer Growth Fund.

Asian Games Football Dream School is a public welfare project which aims to "encourage people to participate in the Asian Games". The project has promoted the development of football among young people.

Wu Liang, vice-president of No. 11 Primary School in Yuanzhou district said the school now has four full-time PE teachers and 12 part-time teachers. Focusing on football training, gymnastics, teaching exchange, competition and other activities, the school provides students with more standardized and systematic training. Furthermore, the school has also provided a football to each of its 2,766 students and organized all kinds of games at all levels. The enriched football activities have not only improved students' interests in the sport, but also fostered team cooperation.
