Guo Lingnan, a girl's basketball team member from Yinchuan No.2 High School, was recommended by the Yinchuan Basketball Association and selected to feature in the promotional video of the 2022 Women's Basketball World Cup in Australia. On behalf of Chinese basketball athletes, she has expressed the belief that "what matters is not the results but the spirit of never giving up".
Guo is a point guard in the basketball team. From the age of ten, she has actively participated in public welfare activities held by the "Yao Foundation Hope Primary School Basketball Season". In junior high school, due to the lack of a girl's basketball team, she only practiced in her spare time. After entering Yinchuan No.2 High School, she joined the girl's basketball team and started training.
"As a Chinese basketball athlete selected to feature in the promotional video the 2022 Women's Basketball World Cup in Australia, I am very excited and proud of myself for being able to express my passion for and attitude towards basketball. I hope that all the girls who share the same basketball dream as me will persist in their training, and that all of our efforts will eventually pay off!" said Guo.
