Ma Chunxia, the principal of the Tongxin County Special Education School in Wuzhong city, Ningxia Hui autonomous region, is one of the delegates of the 13th Congress of the Communist Party of China in Ningxia.
She said it is her greatest wish to make every "star" sparkle and every "flower" bloom. As a delegate, she is calling on more people to get involved in special education and further promote the development of the industry in Ningxia.
She said she hopes people could pay more attention to the professional education of special groups and cultivate their skills so that they can gain a foothold and integrate into the society, and find and realize their own value.
