Hubin Future Community was recently completed in Ningbo, East China's Zhejiang province. It is the first future community built in the city.
The community is located in the north of the Yongjiang Science and Innovation Corridor in Zhenhai district and surrounded by high-tech industry clusters such as Yongjiang Laboratory and New Material Town.
The community covers an area of 22.4 hectares, nearly two thirds of which is water. It is equipped with facilities and amenities related to recreation, shopping, business, education and healthcare.
Residents in the community will mainly be young and middle-aged people.
"The Hubin Future Community is an integrated project," said an official in charge of the project, "Four centers were built in the community, including a management center, service center, entrepreneurial center, and healthcare center. We want to create a warm home integrating living, business and socializing for residents.”
To provide more convenient services for families with children, the community will cooperate with nearby childcare centers, and various courses will be held periodically for residents of all ages as well.
