On Dec 26, the Huanghai Second Bridge, a key project in Jiangsu province's comprehensive transportation system, officially opened to traffic. This vital infrastructure addition will significantly enhance the development of the Yangkou Port Economic Development Zone and serves as a crucial driver for the economic and social progress of Rudong county.

This new bridge and the existing Huanghai Bridge form a crucial four-lane cross-sea passage. Together, they establish a vital passage connecting the Yangkou Lingang Industrial Park and Sunshine Island. This solid sea-land route will bolster the development of the port's new energy and materials industries.

Looking ahead, the two Huanghai Bridges, along with the pipeline bridge, will collectively unlock a "golden channel" for Yangkou Port EDZ. This interconnected network will further propel the development of the zone's clean energy and new materials sectors.
