Nantong enterprises attract talents in Hangzhou

The talent service center of Nantong in Jiangsu province recently arranged for 19 local enterprises to participate in the youth talent exchange conference in Hangzhou, Zhejiang province.
They aim to gather young talents through precise talent attraction, policy promotion, and other forms.
As important cities in the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta, Nantong, and Hangzhou have maintained close cooperation in talent cultivation, resource sharing, industrial coordination, and other aspects.
The Nantong recruitment team features enterprises from high-end equipment manufacturing, next-generation information technology, biomedicine, and new energy sectors, offering 739 positions across technical R&D, intelligent manufacturing, project management, and marketing. Over 80 percent of these opportunities are designed for fresh graduates and young professionals under 35.
At the Nantong talent attraction zone, enterprises conducted simultaneous job postings, resume submissions, and interview discussions online and offline, enhancing efficiency by providing accurate job recommendations through an AI intelligent matching system.

Statistics show that Nantong enterprises received 584 resumes during this event and preliminarily reached employment intentions with nearly 126 individuals.
