Linda Hongli breaks ground on new high-end transformer project

Construction began on Jan 5 for the Phase II project of complete electrical equipment at Jiangsu Linda Hongli Electric in Hai'an, Nantong, Jiangsu province.
The company specializes in the manufacturing of high-end transformers, rectifiers and inductors, with products widely used in water conservancy, gas supply, new energy and environmental protection. Its equipment is exported to markets including the United States, Canada, Australia, Mexico, Chile and Ecuador.
In recent years, Linda Hongli has secured 12 core patents in transformer design and manufacturing, and developed a range of high-efficiency, energy-saving transformers tailored to market demand. The company's products are recognized for their advanced performance in energy efficiency, intelligent operation and environmental sustainability.
With a planned total investment of 500 million yuan ($71.67 million), the Phase II project will focus on expanding capacity and advancing key supporting technologies. Once operational, it is expected to add an annual output of 1,500 power transformers and generate an additional 500 million yuan in annual sales.
The project will strengthen the company's ability to meet global market demand with customized solutions, while also driving coordinated development across the local industrial supply chain and injecting fresh momentum into regional economic growth and industrial upgrading.
