The Nantong stop of the 9th Friendship City Painting provincial touring exhibition was held in Hai'an on Dec 20, blending an international youth art show with hands-on experiences of intangible cultural heritage.

For Snow, a young participant from South Africa, the day proved to be a blizzard of entertainment and fun.

Launched in 2016, the Friendship City Painting program uses sister cities as a bridge for people-to-people exchange and has been held eight times, becoming a signature platform for cultural dialogue between Jiangsu and young people from around the world.
