Nantong houses over 4,000 sports facilities

The 2025 Jiangsu Football City League has recently surged in popularity, igniting many people's enthusiasm for exercise.
As the lingering charm of spring blends into the heat of summer, now is the perfect time for sports and fitness.

Nantong in East China's Jiangsu province has built over 4,000 sports facilities, including 560 football fields and 2,991 basketball courts.
In recent years, the local government has ramped up its efforts to integrate sports facilities into urban parks, resulting in approximately 636 facilities like football fields, basketball courts, badminton courts, lawn bowling greens, and roller-skating rinks.

In 2025, the city will establish or renovate 60 citizen fitness facilities, including 30 football fields, installation of 400 table tennis tables, and the construction or upgrade of 1,500 pieces of public fitness equipment, all of which have been included in this year's livelihood improvement projects.
