Hai'an, a county-level city in Nantong, Jiangsu province recently signed agreements with Ruihai Jinling Grand Hotel and Atour Hotel in the city to establish new youth talent stations.
This expansion brings the total number of youth talent stations in Hai'an to 10.
The creation of these stations is part of Hai'an's efforts to build a youth- and talent-friendly city. These high-quality stations serve as one-stop service platforms, offering short-term accommodation, information access, job search assistance, learning opportunities, social interactions, and assisted integration into the city. To date, over 5,000 young talents have benefited from these services.
In addition to youth talent stations, Hai'an also provides long-term rental apartments and for-sale housing options to meet the full spectrum of housing needs for talent. The city is enhancing public services by organizing activities like night schools, book clubs, and fitness events to enrich the social and recreational lives of young talent in Hai'an.
