A delegation from Nanmo town of Hai’an, a county-level city in Nantong, Jiangsu province, recently visited outstanding enterprises in the city to gain insights into their efforts in innovation and intelligent reform.

Among the companies visited was Jiangsu Jiafu New Materials Technology Co Ltd, which has continuously upgraded its technology and is engaged in R&D innovation, while also improving and updating its machinery and equipment.

"The advanced equipment optimizes product quality, enhances production efficiency, and reduces labor costs," said the workshop manager.

The delegation also toured Hai'an Haocheng Technology Co Ltd, where they learned about the manufacturing process of turbochargers in the control center and visited the contour detection and analysis room to observe the testing and processing procedures of various experimental instruments.

Zhong Ren, a young talent from Nanmo, exclaimed, "Precision manufacturing and meticulous inspection reflect that developing new quality productive forces is the key to overcoming technological difficulties."

During its visits, the delegation found that many of the companies were facing difficulties in recruiting workers. Members of the delegation were formed to liaise with each enterprise and plan a live-streaming event for job recommendations.

Nine key enterprises participated in the recruitment activity, and over 50 jobs were announced during the live broadcast, which garnered over 6,000 viewers in nearly two hours.
