The groundbreaking ceremony for the Helian Juxing Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park in Tongzhou district, Nantong, Jiangsu province, took place on March 3.

The industrial park, funded by the renowned domestic industrial park operator Helian Group, is expected to receive a total investment of 30 billion yuan ($416.7 million).

The first phase of the industrial park, with an investment of 20 billion yuan, is set to cover an area of 235 mu (15.67 hectares) and have a total construction area of 310,000 square meters. It will attract high-tech enterprises related to the intelligent equipment, next-generation information technology, aircraft, and automobile component industries.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Wang Shaoyong, chief of Tongzhou, said that Helian Group is a well-known domestic operator of comprehensive industrial parks. The commencement of the Juxing Industrial Park project is expected to further drive the high-quality development of Tongzhou, he added.

He hopes that Helian Group, leveraging its strengths, will bring in more high-quality projects related to leading industries such as intelligent equipment and next-generation information technology to benefit the industrial development of Tongzhou.
