Hai'an DeKai Plastic Company, a project funded by Qutang town with a $1.5 billion investment, is gearing up to launch production next month.

The company specializes in the production of mobile phones, computer components, precision molds, and plastic products, among other things.

According to the production manager, Qiu Xinchuan, the company plans to install 200 injection molding machines, 56 of which have already been installed in the first production workshop, with currently staff undergoing training.

The company, from design to production, testing, logistics, sales, and services, operates in line with the standards of an intelligent factory.

Qiu added that the intelligent equipment the company uses is among the most advanced in the country. "With a 70 percent reduction in labor, we expect our product output and quality to exceed industry standards by over 20 percent."

Quality control technician Ning Jianbo emphasized that the first batch of products from each production line will undergo rigorous testing before official production begins. Random inspections during the production process are also conducted to ensure product quality.

The company is dedicated to providing top-notch solutions to customers and aspires to become a leader in the molding industry, said Chen Jingjun, general affairs manager of the company.
