The second Nantong Agricultural Technology Innovation and Industrial Integration Development Conference took place in Tongzhou district, Nantong, East China's Jiangsu province, on July 8.

The event was aimed at showcasing and promoting new agricultural varieties, technologies, equipment, and products in the agricultural industry. It also served as a tasting session for sweet corn.

During the event, Sun Hongwu, vice dean of Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences delivered a speech on technological innovation and the revitalization of rural industries.

Authors who were awarded for their outstanding academic papers in the field of natural sciences at the 8th Rural Professional Technical Association of Nantong were recognized during the event.

In addition, the local government of Liuqiao town and agricultural organizations signed cooperation agreements with several participating agricultural associations and institutes to establish business connections.
