A delegation led by representatives from three Qidong schools visited Xixiang in Shaanxi province on Nov 6 and 7 for professional exchanges.

The activities were held in Xixiang No 2 Middle School, Xixiang Vocational and Technical High School, and Chengbei Primary School.

Xixiang Vocational and Technical High School is a comprehensive school integrating vocational education, continuing education and short-term training. In recent years, Qidong and Xixiang have established cooperation in vocational education. Several majors of the high school have set up off-campus training bases in Jiangsu Liugong Construction Machinery, Paiter Electric and the Qidong Hotel.

During the stay in Xixiang, the Qidong delegation shared experience in student management, major construction, faculty development and school-enterprise cooperation, and visited the training bases for tea art, machining, medical cosmetology and railway transport management.

A part of Qidong-Xixiang counterpart cooperation, the exchange activities have effectively strengthened communication between the two places.
