Qidong police-enterprise service center sets up branch in Shanghai

The Shanghai branch of Qidong police-enterprise service center was officially unveiled on the third anniversary celebration of the Chamber of Commerce outside Qidong in Shanghai's Pudong New Area on Aug 28.
Under the unified leadership of Qidong municipal Party committee and government, the police-enterprise service center, organized by the city's public security bureau and participated in by the chamber of commerce and other units, is dedicated to providing more and better services in law enforcement and security assurance for companies and their employees outside Qidong.
The main service targets of the Shanghai branch include entrepreneurs with registered residence in Qidong and enterprises and subsidiaries established by Qidong's key enterprises and their as their affiliated personnel outside the city.
The branch center mainly handles matters involving the outside-Qidong enterprises and their personnel, including illegal and criminal cases, mediation of major conflicts and disputes, management and education of key personnel, public security administrative licensing, certificate processing, consultation on laws, regulations and policies, as well as police law enforcement cooperation.
Yang Bin, vice-mayor and head of Qidong's public security bureau, said that the city's public security department will adhere to an enterprise-oriented principle and provide support in law and safety for the outside-Qidong enterprises by relying on the branches and workstations of the police-enterprise service center.
