The Nantong Forest Safari Park in Nantong, East China's Jiangsu province, will reopen on March 11 after closing in late January due to the COVID-19 outbreak.

According to the city's regulations on epidemic prevention, indoor areas and recreational facilities in the park will remain closed. Interactions between tourists and animals are also forbidden.

The park will be open from 9:00 to 17:00, and tourists will not be allowed to enter after 15:00. The scenic spot will also strictly control the number of tourists in accordance with relevant regulations.

Tourists are required to present their health QR codes, have their temperatures taken, wear masks, and maintain a distance of no less than 1.5 meters from other people. Those with abnormal temperatures will not be allowed to enter.

In honor of medical workers fighting on the frontlines of the epidemic, the park will offer free admission to medical personnel across the country until Dec 31 this year.
