The 4th Chrysanthemum Exhibition of Gangzha district opened on Oct 31 in Nantong, East China's Jiangsu province.

Over 200 species of chrysanthemum in more than 200,000 pots are on display at the exhibition, attracting throngs of visitors.

Nantong boasts a long history of growing chrysanthemums. Its planting techniques have been named one of the best in China.

Chrysanthemum was designated as Nantong's city flower in 1982.
