The culture industry in Tongzhou district, Nantong maintained its strong momentum in the first half of 2019. 

There are currently 91 cultural enterprises in the district, nine more than one year ago. Five are above designated size and seven are enterprises from other industries that have now entered the cultural industry.

The 10 municipal-level cultural projects in Tongzhou attracted a total investment of 1.13 billion yuan ($160.49 million) over the course of six months.
