The 5th Qutang mutton food festival was held at Qutang town in Hai'an, Nantong, a city in East China's Jiangsu province, on Dec 15.

With the aim of attracting tourists to the town, the festival allowed visitors to witness some of the changes that have taken place in the local area over the past few years, while enjoying what is reputed to be some of the tastiest mutton in the region.
