The Exotic Hot Spring Town in Qidong, Jiangsu province finished construction of external landscape greening and supporting facilities on August 28, and will be open on a trial basis during the National Day holiday this year.

The town was developed by Evergrande Group. It covers an area of about 200 mu (about 13.33 hectares) and has a planned floor area of 43,000 square meters. Its investment totaled more than $150 million. Introducing the concept of Spa stadiums, the town is home to five unique such stadiums in the styles of Thailand, Japan, Turkey, Finland and Italy. Equipped with recreation facilities and the Hot Spring Hotel, after completion it will become the most distinctive hot spring resort in the Yangtze River Delta.
