It is made of Chinese rosewood. The Wanli cabinet got its name as a popular style during the Wanli reign (1573-1620) of the Ming Dynasty.
Hollow boards are installed on the front and two sides and decorated with a "Chi dragon" pattern, and railings are arranged on both the sides and carved with a matching pattern. The two cabinet doors are smooth with an oval leaf surface, but the tag and lock are lost.
Inside the cabinet door is a pattern of one board and two drawers. One cabinet drawer door is carved with a plum blossom pattern and the other is decorated with exquisite and elegant lotuses.
