Around 35 cultural enterprises from Yunnan province, including two from Chenggong district in the provincial capital Kunming, showcased their offerings at the 20th China Shenzhen International Cultural Industries Fair held in Shenzhen from May 23 to 27.
Xiaohongshu (Yunnan) Culture and Technology Co., Ltd., presented the cultural and creative products that are iconic in Chenggong local life , including flowers, farmer's painting, and those related to Yunnan’s history and culture such as the renowned National Southwest Associated University in Kunming and pioneering Chinese composer Nie Er.
Yunnan Chanian Culture and Art Development Co., Ltd., focuses on the aesthetic preferences of the younger consumer market, combining handcrafted floral art with Yunnan's intangible cultural heritage of tie-dyeing.
The companies reached cooperation agreements with over 40 enterprises and parks. The cooperating entities mainly come from fields such as tourism, media, import and export trade, and intangible cultural heritage handcraft experiences.
While promoting the cultural and creative industry development in Chenggong, they also highlighted Chenggong's historical and cultural heritage, floral industry and intangible cultural heritage resources.
