To focus on stabilizing investment and promoting consumption, and continue to effectively stimulate the potential of domestic demand, it will strengthen the position of industrial investment as the main engine, make every effort to expand private investment, strengthen the construction of key infrastructure projects.
It will promote the construction of water diversion projects and modern irrigation areas in central Yunnan, and start the construction of more than 100 key water conservancy projects. It is necessary to promote the quality and expansion of consumption, cultivate consumption center cities by category, and implement the county commercial system.
In terms of focusing on building itself into a strong province in science and education and strengthening basic strategic support, Kunming will accelerate the construction of a high-quality education system, strengthen the empowerment of science and technology innovation, actively build a high-level regional talent center.
