In September, a total of 33 projects with total investments of 6.83 billion yuan (about $935.5 million) were launched in Mohan-Boten cooperative zone.
These projects are set to operate in various fields including agriculture, forestry, water conservancy, comprehensive transportation, urban construction, industrial informatization, commerce and trade services, and social undertakings.
Upon completion, they are expected to rapidly improve Mohan’s infrastructure, further promote the development of the import commodity processing industry, enhance the commercial supporting facilities, and provide strong support for the high-quality construction of Mohan as an international port city.
Since the start of this year, the Mohan-Boten cooperative zone has given priority to projects meant to drive development of the Mohan international port city.
In 2023, there will be a total of 119 key projects contributing to Mohan port’s construction, with total investments of 92.26 billion yuan and an annual planned investments of 12.01 billion yuan.
