当地时间8月27日，美国国际姐妹城协会公布2024年青年艺术家及作家展获奖名单，由我市选送的福州高级中学学生黄兰舒作品《为未来创造韧性城市》、福州第十九中学学生潘玺文作品《向植物、动物和土地学习》分别荣获英文诗歌组、数字绘画组全国三等奖。

青少年艺术家和作家展由美国国际姐妹城协会于2021年设立，每年设置不同主题及传统绘画、数字绘画、摄影、散文、诗歌、原创音乐等6个组别，由美各地方友好城市委员会面向全球友城征集参赛作品，各组产生一、二、三等奖各1名。2024年青年艺术家及作家展主题为“气候视野——为未来创造韧性城市(CLIMATESCAPE: Resilient Cities for Tomorrow's Climate) ”，共收到全球逾325件参赛作品。

我市已连续3年参加此项展览，多件作品获奖。
