A French culinary class was held in Wuxi on March 22 in celebration of the 60th anniversary of diplomatic relations between China and France.

At the event, French chef Romain Desavis imparted his knowledge of French cuisine and provided detailed instructions on preparing Floating Islands, a classic French dessert, to cookery majors from the Wuxi Higher Vocational School of Tourism and Commerce.

The class offered students a platform to deepen their understanding of French culinary culture and built a new bridge for cooperation between Wuxi and France in education, culture, and other fields.
