The market regulation bureaus of Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui provinces and Shanghai have jointly announced the list of training centers for food production safety supervision in the Yangtze River Delta region, with one from the Xinghua Economic Development Zone, Taizhou, Jiangsu province, joining the list.

That honor goes to Kerisom Food Biotechnology, which focuses on the deep processing and high-value utilization of agricultural and pastoral products in China. The company has obtained 43 national patents.
After being selected to join the coveted ranks of the training center list, the company is expected to undertake two training sessions each year, with about 25 participants in each session.
This will enable the seamless integration of theoretical teaching and practical training in the hazard analysis and critical control point (HACCP) system and standardized management of product quality traceability for cream cheese and quick-frozen dish products.
