A delegation from the ASEAN Business Association in Thailand visited Xinghua in East China's Jiangsu province in an effort to foster business collaboration from Nov 12 to 13.
The delegation attended The National Conference on High-Quality Development of Characteristic Flavored Food Industry and Taizhou Health Food Industry Promotion Conference on the morning of Nov 12. During the event, the Xinghua Economic Development Zone signed a cooperation framework agreement with the association, marking a significant step forward in their partnership.
Additionally, a special team serving the full-process development of the region's health food industry, jointly established by the China National Food Industry Association and Xinghua people's government, was also launched to provide comprehensive support for industry development.
In the afternoon, a business salon was held in which representatives from local companies shared their experiences in agricultural product processing, brand building, and industry extension. Both sides exchanged insights on agricultural product processing and cross-border market expansion, focusing on technological innovation and brand development.
On Nov 13, the Thai delegation visited key enterprises in the development zone, gaining a deeper understanding of Xinghua's capabilities in health food production. A subsequent meeting discussed topics such as bilateral cooperation, foreign trade platform construction, and cultural exchange.
This visit, coinciding with the 50th anniversary of China-Thailand friendship, not only expanded global market channels for Xinghua foods, but also laid a solid foundation for future bilateral collaboration.
