A high-end precision intelligent manufacturing factory operated by Donghua Chain Xinghua Co Ltd – located in Xinghua city, in East China's Jiangsu province – recently got a hefty boost in terms of raising its profile.
That's the result of the company's high-tech plant being recognized as a provincial-level intelligent manufacturing factory for 2024.
Intelligent factories could achieve unified management and coordinated production in several digital workshops. That's through systems integration, data exchanges, human-machine interactions, flexible manufacturing and data analysis optimization, among other things.
Founded in 2017, Donghua Chain Xinghua Co Ltd has expanded into a group that integrates independent research and development, manufacturing, marketing and market services.
Its main products are premium-quality chains, sprockets and gear hardware transmission components, with over 50 percent of products exported to over 120 countries and regions.
What's more, the company has improved its product qualifications rate, labor productivity and rate of investment returns via the implementation of its intelligent factory projects.
Through equipment interconnections and online detection technology – coupled with the introduction of fault warnings, process visualization and product quality traceability systems – its equipment failure rate and product defect rate have been markedly reduced.
