Construction of the Phase III factory of automated logistics systems manufacturer Jiangsu Baoxiang Intelligent Technology Co Ltd – located in Xinghua Economic Development Zone in Xinghua city, East China's Jiangsu province – is now in full swing and is projected to be completed by 2025.
With an investment of 520 million yuan ($71.86 million), the new factory will purchase industry-leading automated production equipment to form a logistics, warehousing and intelligent manufacturing plant covering the full industry supply chain.
Chairman Xie Guobao said that his confidence in his company's development originated from its persistence in independent innovation.
Intelligent tilting wheel sorting machines are now being adopted in the company's assembly workshop, which can realize a sorting speed of 12,000 items per hour and sort irregular-shaped package products.
"As our flagship product and self-developed 28th generation product, the sorting machine boasts a relatively superior sorting speed even compared with top brands in Japan and Germany," Xie said.
Owing to its continual innovation, the company's various automated and intelligent sorting machine products have been shipped to over 200 cities across the nation. The company has also constructed over 700 sorting centers.
Xie said that the company had set a goal of generating orders worth 500 million yuan this year and orders in the first quarter had already reached 200 million yuan.
