The Lincheng sub-district of Xinghua city – in East China's Jiangsu province – is moving to scale up the modernization of its regional social services, in a bid to boost the well-being and satisfaction of its residents.
In terms of Party building, it will build service centers – aiming to greatly improve relations between the Party and the public – to a high standard.
For a better standard of living, Lincheng sub-district will promote its senior citizen-friendly transformation, including paying attention to the disabled and the semi-disabled elderly. Moreover, a range of services will also be offered to increase education work for the protection of minors.
The sub-district will also make every effort to improve the living conditions of low-income groups and the high-quality living environment.
In terms of its rural development, Lincheng sub-district will innovate paths to boost village collective incomes and actively respond to the creation of special rural demonstration areas.
