The natural resources and planning bureau of Xinghua, a county-level city under the administration of Taizhou in East China's Jiangsu province, established a special team for major projects in a bid to help them start construction as early as possible.
The team will focus on helping land clearance and promoting the pre-approval process, making it possible for projects to start construction once getting land.
In Xinghua Daduo Industrial Park, Jiangsu Haolei Metal New Material Co Ltd plans to build a plant on 46 mu (3.07 hectares) of land, with an investment of 500 million yuan ($72.60 million).
The location of the land was at a dried pond and there were some barriers there, which didn't meet the requirements for starting work.
On Feb 20, the special team conducted negotiations with local departments and reached an agreement on the clearing time of barriers, accelerating the project's construction progress.
