The Xuzhuang subdistrict – situated in the Taizhou Port Economic Development Zone in Taizhou city, in East China's Jiangsu province – is capitalizing on its prime location this year to harness the raft of opportunities being presented by the digital economy.
The area is driving what it calls the "Digital Innovation, Vibrant Xuzhuang" initiative – promoting e-commerce clusters and establishing the Xuzhuang Digital Tech Entrepreneurship Park.
Situated at No 218 Yongjin Road, the park's first phase spans 12,000 square meters. With over 100 companies having already signed up and an occupancy rate now topping 95 percent, infrastructure development is progressing rapidly.

The park offers fully equipped office spaces, high-speed internet, shared common areas and a cozy reading lounge – creating a welcoming and efficient work environment.
As a result, Xuzhuang is quickly becoming a hotspot for tech innovation – attracting top domestic and international tech companies, research institutions and creative teams – fostering a strong culture of collaboration and entrepreneurship.
The park also provides a comprehensive range of services, including policy consultations, as well as help with project applications, branding and marketing guidance.
Regular training sessions, workshops and networking events are held to boost innovation in businesses and their management capabilities.
