Hang Huidong, deputy director of the Taizhou Medical High-tech Zone Management Committee visited manufacturers based in the Taizhou Port Economic Development Zone on May 6.
Hang was on a fact-finding mission at the EDZ, which is located in Taizhou city in East China's Jiangsu province.
One of the companies was KEPUNI Communication Equipment Co Ltd, which specializes in high-tech solutions for marine communications and navigation.
Hang discussed the company's products, innovation efforts and upcoming stock exchange listing in the United States. He pledged full support from the Taizhou Port EDZ to assist the company during the listing process.

Another stop was Taizhou Yourun Electronic Technology Co Ltd, known for its expertise in integrated circuits and semiconductor devices. There, Hang urged the company to continue its path towards specialization and innovation, leveraging partnerships with academic institutions for further growth.
Elsewhere, Hang visited Taizhou Haitian Electronic Technology Co Ltd, a semiconductor testing service provider. He emphasized the importance of innovation-driven development and urged the company to satisfy changing consumer demand by staying at the forefront of technology.
Throughout the trip the top official stressed the need for more support for enterprises, deeper reforms of the business environment and a relentless focus on safety in production.
The result of all these efforts is expected to boost the region's industrial landscape and contribute to its sustainable development.
