The Taizhou Port Economic Development Zone – located in Taizhou city, in East China's Jiangsu province – recently arranged for a dedicated service team for each major project there, in order to advance the rate of construction.
Toko Food (Jiangsu) Co Ltd, based in the zone, invested 804 million yuan ($112.15 million) in building its phase two plant. The new facility will produce 360 million bags of high-soup dumplings annually and 1,600 metric tons of freeze-dried products.

In mid-September, the project encountered difficulties in connecting water, electricity and external supply lines. To ensure the project's operation in May, the zone formed a final implementation plan after multiple on-site reviews and checking.
The smart supply chain industrial park – being funded by Shenzhen International Logistics Development Co Ltd – is regarded as a major project in Jiangsu.
After learning that there was no supporting municipal rainwater pipe network in the surrounding area, the zone conducted on-site surveys to determine feasible solutions in just a week.
