Taizhou in East China's Jiangsu province is promoting the electronic registration of enterprise migration across provinces, making it more efficient and convenient for enterprises to handle migration procedures.
This reform has integrated multiple processes such as immigration application, relocation file adjustment, and registration information change that used to need to be handled separately in the place of relocation and relocation into one thing, allowing enterprises no need to run from two places.
This reform has been tested and promoted throughout the city. Enterprises currently only need to submit a set of electronic materials in Taizhou and can rely on the national enterprise migration data transmission system to complete real-time information verification and file transfer with the destination.
As of now, more than ten enterprises have completed cross provincial migration registration through fully electronic means in Taizhou.
With the support of the online and on-site services, the reform has achieved a 50 percent reduction in processing materials and a more than 80 percent reduction in processing time.
