1: Authority: Commercial affairs window of the administrative approval bureau
2: Required documents:
1) Business license;
2) Letter of Commitment for Filing the Establishment of Foreign-invested Enterprises signed by all investors (or all sponsors) or their authorized representatives, or Letter of Commitment for Filing the Alteration of Foreign-invested Enterprises signed by their legal representatives or authorized representatives;
3) Certificates of all investors (or all sponsors), or representatives appointed by foreign-invested enterprises, or agents jointly entrusted by foreign-invested enterprises, including the power of attorney and the identity certificate of the person entrusted;
4) Evidence that the investors or legal representatives of foreign-invested enterprises entrust others to sign relevant documents, including the power of attorney and the identity certificate of the person entrusted;
5) Investor qualification certificate or identity certificate of natural person;
6) Identity certificate of the legal representative of a natural person.
