New Times Shipbuilding, located in the Jingjiang Economic and Technological Development Zone in Taizhou, Jiangsu province, has been listed among the top 200 private enterprises, top 100 private enterprises in manufacturing, and top 100 private enterprises for R&D investment in Jiangsu for 2024, according to a document recently released by the Jiangsu Federation of Industry and Commerce.
The entry threshold for the 2024 top 200 private enterprises in Jiangsu soared to 77.24 billion yuan ($10.67 billion), an increase of 1.54 billion yuan from the previous year. In the manufacturing sector, the threshold for the provincial top 100 private enterprises stood at 118.64 billion yuan. In addition, the total R&D investment among the top 200 private enterprises reached 1,059.68 billion yuan.
