Two workshops in Jingjiang Economic and Technological Development Zone Headquarters, Taizhou, were recently added to the list of smart manufacturing workshops by the Industry and Information Technology Department of Jiangsu.
The workshops are owned by the Xiangrui Stainless Steel Precision Wire (Jingjiang) and Jiangsu Space-O Technology Group, respectively.

With 234 advanced production machines and technologies of integrated big data and operational optimization, the Xiangrui high-end stainless steel wire (rod) production workshop features dynamic allocation of production resources such as manpower, equipment, and materials, leading to an annual output of 120,000 metric tons.

The zero-carbon building materials smart manufacturing workshop of Jiangsu Space-O Technology Group has introduced highly advanced equipment, such as automated log cabin production lines and fully automatic servo finger jointing lines, along with intelligent management systems like ERP and MES.
This enables automated, informatization, and intelligent management of the production process, improving the on-time delivery rate of orders by 98 percent.
In recent years, Jingjiang EDTZ has kept pace with digital and intelligent transformation. It has improved product quality and management levels, enhancing the development capabilities of the manufacturing industry within the zone.
As of now, Jingjiang EDTZ Headquarters has boasted seven intelligent manufacturing workshops at the provincial level.
