In an automated production workshop being run by Jiangsu Tianlong Vehicle Parts Co Ltd, various sections of an intelligent die-casting production line operate with total precision under a control program – achieving an annual output of 20,000 tons of automotive chassis structural components.
The company, based in the Jingjing Southern Industrial Park of the Jingjiang Economic and Technological Development Zone – in Jingjiang city in East China's Jiangsu province – is understood to have gained many more orders and significantly increased its market competitiveness thanks to the intelligent production line.

"To win in the market, you need to keep up with demand, follow an innovation path and seize the opportunities in the emerging sector," said Sun Lijun, a manager at the plant.
It's a star performer in the park's efforts to pursue high-quality growth driven by innovation since the start of the year.
A raft of measures have been introduced to complement and improve industry supply chains and to attract investment, with a focus on developing the park's core and leading industries.
In so doing, the industrial park is said to be sparing no effort in improving its services for resident enterprises – so as to attain leapfrog growth and help Jingjiang maintain its leading status among peer cities in the province.
