The Jingjiang Economic and Technological Development Zone in Jingjiang city – a county-level city of Taizhou city, in East China's Jiangsu province – recently took part in an important global forum.

Liu Jun, deputy director of the management committee of the zone, attended the event on Sept 7 in the coastal city of Xiamen, in East China's Fujian province.
The forum was named the Global Investment Dialogue: The Fourth Industrial Revolution and Investment Promotion 4.0. It was part of the 23rd China International Fair for Investment and Trade held from Sept 8-11 in Xiamen, which attracted business leaders from all over the world.
At the forum, Liu had in-depth discussions with international representatives on topics such as sustainable supply chains and new paths for investment promotions.
The Jingjiang Economic Development Zone was founded in 1992 and it was upgraded to a national economic development zone in December 2012.
In recent years, the zone has made great progress in strengthening, consolidating and extending industry supply chains, optimizing its business environment, as well as attracting investment and talent to boost its high-quality development.
