Two landmark projects in the Jingjiang Economic and Technological Development Zone – a national development zone located in Taizhou city, in East China's Jiangsu province – were recently listed as major national foreign investment projects.

One is Shenzhen International Holdings Ltd's Intelligent Logistics Park. When complete, this project aims to serve as an eco-friendly, intelligent, and energy-saving intelligent logistics hub for bulk cargo. The project is expected to be completed and operated by the end of 2023.

The other is the Phase I Project of Carbuildcar Ecotechnology Group Ltd's Auto Circular Economy Smart Industrial Park. Covering a total area of 1,200 mu (80 hectares), it is divided into three phases.
Construction of the first phase has now been finished. When complete, the project is expected to recycle and dismantle 150,000 end-of-life motor vehicles per year and remanufacture 475,000 sets of auto parts annually.
Plans are afoot for the Jingjiang Economic and Technological Development Zone to provide whole-process services for project construction while ensuring the early completion of these projects.
