The new system collects and analyzes data around the clock, allowing workers to access real-time production and operational data directly through their mobile phones. With each worker capable of managing nearly 50 machines simultaneously, the enterprise has significantly reduced labor costs.
The project, which has a total investment of 155 million yuan ($21.84 million), focuses on manufacturing synthetic fiber woven fabrics for high-end clothing materials and wall coverings. It is expected to produce approximately 12,000 metric tons of textiles annually at peak capacity, generating estimated annual sales revenue of around 150 million yuan.
