On Aug 14, Jiangyan district of Taizhou signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Hohai University's School of Public Administration. The agreement aims to enhance industry-research collaboration and attract talent to boost the competitiveness of local industries.

Sun Liangliang, Party secretary of the district, expressed hope that cooperation can be strengthened with the school in industrial development, environmental improvement, and income growth for residents. She promised active support from the local government for the school's academic research and commercialization of research results.
Wu Baohai, Party secretary of the School of Public Administration, highlighted the school's research applications in major construction projects, river and lake management, and the intelligent elderly care industry, which aligns with Jiangyan district's needs.
He said the school will deepen cooperation with the district in the integration of industry, education, research, real-world application, top talent cultivation, and think tank construction to support local economic and social progress.
